Malene Rydahl is a Franco-Danish author, keynote speaker, and executive coach specializing in the themes of well-being and business performance, inspired by the Danish management model.

This vocation stems from a disconcerting observation: studies on the subject show that a large majority of workers do not feel involved in their work.
