Olivia Gazalé is an essayist and co-founder of "Les Mardis de la Philo". She taught philosophy at the Institute of Political Studies in Paris.
She was a professor of philosophy in preparatory classes for the Grandes Ecoles (Intégrale and Lycée Sainte Barbe, Paris) from 1989 to 1997, and then a lecturer at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Political Issues course) from 1998 to 2008.
In 1997, she co-founded the Mardis de la Philo, which offers conferences led by the best professors of philosophy and experts chosen for their talent as facilitators.
She was also the editor of Philosophie Magazine and director of programs at Cerdi (Centre d’Etudes et de Réflexion des Dirigeants). She speaks English, German and Italian.
