A journalist by training, David Lacombled is President of the think tank La villa numeris, President of the Board of Directors of CELSA Sorbonne University and a member of the Board of Directors of AFP.
Trained as a journalist and expert in the digital economy, David Lacombled is president of La villa numeris, a think tank promoting a European digital model that affirms the primacy of the human being.
He has been writing a weekly column in L’Opinion since 2018 and speaks at a number of schools (CELSA, ESSEC, MBADMB of EFAP).
His main areas of expertise are:
– New forms of work, in particular the commitment of managers, “Leading in the digital age”. He is also co-founder of the Observatory of the professions of the future;
– Mobility and connected territories, with in particular work on “The cities of the future and their digital twins”. He also chairs La Station de Saint-Omer (62), a work and innovation space with an indoor station;
– Confidence in information and in the digital world, in particular with a plan to combat fake news. His latest essay “S’Informer Demain, lutter contre le virus des fake news” (Éditions de l’Observatoire) was published in June 2020 after “Digital Citizen, manifeste pour une citoyenneté numérique” (Plon)
